Both Super Glue and Surgical glue are essentially the same exact thing except Super Glue is just a name for cyanoacrylate adhesive.
It's basically the same exact thing except surgical glue isn't referred to as super glue but even the super glue you buy in the stores can glue your skin together just like the more expensive surgical glue but in reality nothing is different between the two except the name and price tag of it.
