The organs that control our sense of balance are in our ears and when we spin around the fluid in our ears spin around as well.

This then sends signals to our brains that make us feel dizzy even after we stop spinning around.

The fluid in the ears is still moving around some even after we stop spinning so that's why we continue to feel dizzy.
