Anything pertaining to traffic such as a speeding ticket or other moving violations will not show up on a background check or background report.
However if you did get a speeding ticket and didn't pay the speeding ticket and then a warrant was issued for your arrest or you were arrested for failure to appear or pay for the speeding ticket then yes that will show up on the background check.
But if it's just a speeding ticket that you've paid for then no it won't appear on your background check.
