Pleading No Contest for the speeding ticket is what you should do since pleading guilty will mean you can get an automatic point put on your license.
Pleading No Contest instead of pleading guilty means that if you go to traffic school then you won't get a point put on your license.
So what I would do to avoid getting points on my license is to plead no contest and take the traffic school.
