Apple Cider Vinegar is healthy for you in moderation but taking too much Apple Cider Vinegar can cause some side effects such as delayed stomach emptying, Bone Loss, Low Potassium Levels, Skin Burns, Throat Burns, Erosion of Tooth Enamel and digestive issues.
As long as you don't take more than 2 tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar per day then you should be fine and see no problem with your health.
If you do start noticing any of those side effects then it would be best to slow down on the intake of the apple cider vinegar.
