There's really no cure for the stomach flu or any real ways of getting rid of the stomach flu except to let it runs it's course over one to two weeks.
Things you can do though are to stay hydrated, eat bland foods and get plenty of rest.
Also if your stomach is hurting and you feel like throwing up go throw up and don't hold it back because I find that when I throw up the stuff that is hurting my stomach then my stomach tends to feel much better afterwards.
