If you cannot afford to pay for college tuition sometimes you can qualify for Government Grants that will pay for college tuition fees.
Look online for College Grants and sign up for one and see if you qualify.
You'll likely need to provide proof of income and other things such as your cost of living etc to get qualified for the college grant.
You might also be able to get a student loan with or without your parents to pay for college or fill out an application for Federal Student Aid and you may qualify for it.
Maybe try finding some odd jobs to help with the cost of the college tuition which you can use to help pay back a loan you got for the college tuition or even check into getting a scholarship.
