Tips to help with Bed Wetting.
Avoid liquids close to bed time.
Make sure you go to the bathroom and try to urinate a few times and right before bed.
Set an alarm to wake you or your child up within 2 hours of going to bed and then urinate or try to urinate during that time.
An empty bladder is good for not wetting the bed.
Try a bed wetting alarm that will or should wake you or your child up when it senses wetness.
To make the child or yourself more comfortable try wearing pull-ups or diapers. Wet Diapers are better than a cold wet bed.
