You can clean your front load washing machine and get your front load washing machine to stop smelling by pouring some vinegar into the detergent dispenser and by pouring a 1/2 cup of baking soda into the washing machine drum.
Then just run the washing machine through a normal wash cycle or if your washing machine has a clean setting then put it on the clean setting.
If your washing machine doesn't have a clean setting then just put it on the normal wash cycle like you would do when washing clothes and let it run through a cycle.
You can also spray some vinegar onto the rubber door seal to clean the rubber door seal on the washing machine.
