Coffee in the morning on an empty stomach is not bad although it can raise your cortisol levels but it's okay to drink coffee in the morning on an empty stomach and no harm will come to you.

Drinking coffee first thing in the morning does raise your cortisol levels which is why it's suggested that you should delay drinking morning coffee for at least 20 to 30 minutes and instead drink some water first.

It is better to drink water first thing in the morning and then 20 minutes to 30 minutes later drink some coffee if you want to drink coffee.

Instead of coffee the first thing you should drink first thing in the morning is water which is hydrating and also wakes you up better and gets the blood flowing through the body.

Water is better at waking you up than coffee and also gives the body an energy boost and helps regulate your blood flow better.

You should ideally drink some water first thing in the morning and then drink some coffee afterwards.

If you only drink water and no other drinks you will stay healthy and can even be healthier and you can also lose weight as well due to the water containing no sugar, fat or calories.

Water is the healthiest drink and you can survive by only drinking water so it won't harm your health to drink only water.

Drinking water in the morning and other times also gives shine and strength to your hair and also enhances the quality of hair.

Drinking more water does make you look healthier as water not only hydrates the body but water also hydrates your skin and keeps your skin moisturized and gives you a healthier glow to your skin and a more resilient complexion as well.

To drink water correctly you should drink water by sipping on it or by slowly drinking it.

You can drink a glass or bottle of water slowly and drink it within 5 minutes or less and you should drink at least 8 ounces of water every hour to stay hydrated and you may need more water during hot weather when you're sweating.

It's better to sip water or drink water slowly than it is to chug it to hydrate you better as your kidneys and body can process the water better when you sip or drink the water slowly than it does when you chug it.

When you chug the water the water goes through your body too fast and it overwhelms the kidneys and body so it's better to sip or drink the water slowly.

Chugging water does hydrate you but it's better to drink the water slower but you don't have to just sip it.

You can drink the water faster than sipping it but drinking water slower than chugging it is better to allow your body to process the water easier and better.

You should also drink water through the day at least every 30 minutes to an hour before you feel thirsty and you should drink more water when it's hot out as you lose more water through sweating.

After drinking 8 oz of water it takes around 30 minutes for the 8 oz of water to reach your bladder.

However if you're sweating it may take as long as an hour before you need to pee after drinking the 8 oz of water.

After you drink water the water then goes to the gastrointestinal tract and then the water gets absorbed into your blood.

Then the blood flows through your kidneys which forms urine and then the urine enters your bladder through your ureter.

The health benefits of drinking water include hydration, glowing skin, prevention of kidney stones, prevention of kidney disease and kidney failure, prevention of bladder cancer, prevention of constipation, reduced risk of heart disease, stroke and heart attack.

Drinking water also carries nutrients and oxygen to the body's cells, flushes bacteria from the bladder, aids in digestion, normalizes and regulates blood pressure, cushions joints, protects tissues and organs and regulates body temperature as well as boosts your immune system.

Always drink water through the day and don't wait until you get thirsty.

The 5 signs of dehydration are.

Peeing little and fewer than 4 times per day.

Feeling Tired.
Dizziness and being lightheaded.
Dark Yellow and strong smelling pee.

Also feeling thirsty and blurred vision is another sign of dehydration.

The organs that are affected by dehydration are the heart, skin, kidneys, muscles and brain.

You can get hydrated quickly by drinking water, juice, tea or by eating watermelon.

You should always drink water and other hydrating drinks before you get thirsty to prevent dehydration.

The more water you drink the healthier you will be so you should try drinking 4 to 5 cups of water per day or at least a few glasses of water per day to also help keep your kidneys healthy.

It's best to not drink water soon after you eat as the water dilutes the digestive juices which slows down the digestion of the food.

After drinking water you should pee within 1 hour to 2 hours although some people may pee after 30 minutes.

If you're sweating then you may pee less as you lose the fluid through your sweat.

After drinking water it usually takes 1 hour to 2 hours to pee.

If you're sweating more then it may take longer to pee after drinking water as you lose some of the water through sweat which means less water turns into pee so you pee less.

When your pee is clear like water it's a sign that you're over hydrated and drinking too much water or other liquids.

It's good to be properly hydrated but drinking too much water can be unhealthy as well.
