You should stop chiropractic treatment if the symptoms have improved significantly or have resolved.

Or if the symptoms have not improved or have reached a plateau despite continued chiropractic treatment then it may indicate that further chiropractic adjustments are not beneficial to you.

If you have achieved your initial chiropractic treatment goals like reduced pain or improved mobility from the chiropractic treatments it might be a good idea to discontinue or stop chiropractic treatment.

Or if you experience any adverse reactions from the chiropractic adjustments, like increased pain, numbness, dizziness or tingling it may be a good idea to stop chiropractic treatments immediately and seek medical attention.

If you have any underlying medical conditions which may affect your chiropractic treatment, you should consult with your doctor before starting or stopping chiropractic treatment.

Once you start to feel normal and the pain and symptoms go away, you have better movement and mobility and better posture then it's often time to cancel and stop the chiropractic treatment.

However if you need future chiropractic treatment after stopping you can do so whenever you feel like you need to return to chiropractic treatments.
