At what age should a child be weaned off the baby bottle?

Is 2 years old too old to be still drinking milk and other drinks from a baby bottle?

I have a 2 year old nephew who is still on the baby bottle and has never used a sippy cup or regular cup yet in his life.

Do you think that 2 years old is too old to still be drinking from a baby bottle?

At what age should a child be introduced to a cup and weaned from the bottle?

Two years old is not that old to be on the bottle but the 2 year old should certainly be introduced to a cup by now.

Most babies are weaned off their baby bottle by age one and fully by age 2.

The 2 year old should be starting to use a cup by now though and your 2 year old nephew is starting to get too old for the bottle and now is the time to start getting him off the baby bottle and into the groove of using a cup instead.
