Yes you can still get your helicopter pilots license even when you wear glasses or contact lenses.
As long as you're able to pass the medical tests while wearing glasses or contact lenses including the eye test then you can still be a helicopter pilot while wearing your glasses or contact lenses.
You'll be required to wear your glasses or contact lenses while flying the helicopter if you do pass the test and get your pilots license.
