Sick and tired of seeing the ASPCA commercials on TV?

Is anyone else here sick and tired of seeing those sad ASPCA animal abuse commercials on television?

Every time I'm trying to sit down and enjoy a nice show and have a laugh those stupid ASPCA commercials come on showing those dogs and cats shivering in cages and talking about how those dogs are tied up and left outside like trash?

I personally think it's staged and they put the fear into those animals themselves and they use the abused by them animals to scam money out of people?

I really wish they would stop showing those ASPCA TV commercials and why don't they do more about starving people and children in this country and not just animals?

I thought I was the only one out there that hates those darn commercials for ASPCA but thankfully I'm not.

I always turn the channel immediately when that ASPCA commercial comes on and I've also heard that they don't really do much to help the animals anyway with the money and most if not all of the donations are going to someone's pocket.

I donate some money to help animals but I do so to the local animal shelter and I also buy and donate food and some toys to them to help them out.

So if you really want to help animals you should donate money directly to a local animal shelter instead of sending your money to someone you don't know.

Those ASPCA commercials are too darn long as well and they're distasteful.

They need to show happy ending with dogs that they've rescued and taken care of not show dogs that are in abuse.

And I have to agree with you about the dogs being their own dogs and them abusing them for the television commercials.

It just looks too darn staged and to me those dogs look fearful of those people when they're around so I can say without a doubt the people doing the ASPCA commercials are purposely abusing and putting fear into those dogs to make them look like they're at someone else home and are being abused.

What breaks my heart is seeing those animals and thinking about the ASPCA individuals doing the actual abusing and not being able to come and rescue those dogs and cats from the ASPCA's Abuse.
