Yes most rabbits are very affectionate towards people and are usually really loving towards people as long as the person is loving towards it.
Be loving and nice to the rabbit and the rabbit will love you and be nice to you back. But be mean towards the rabbit and not loving them the rabbit may be mean back to you.
Treat the rabbit with love and be affectionate to the rabbit yourself and the rabbit will be loving to you.
I've had many rabbits and they're great pets and friends.
