When taking Levothyroxine you should take the Levothyroxine when your stomach is empty before eating anything.
Levothyroxine should be taken with water and you should avoid drinking coffee for at least an hour after taking the Levothyroxine since coffee can interfere with the absorption of the Levothyroxine.
You can then drink coffee after taking the Levothyroxine but don't use the coffee to take the Levothyroxine with.
