Walking 2 miles per day would be very good for losing weight and good for your overall health as well.

When trying to lose weight you also need to eat a healthy diet and burn off more calories than your body takes in.

To lose 1 pound of weight you need to burn off 3,500 calories so you would need to walk 2 miles per day for 18 days to drop 1 pound of weight.
