Most common cause of screeching tires when driving is problems with wheel alignment.
Also when there's too much toe-in or toe-out it will cause some squeal of the tires. Other things that could cause tire squealing are bent axles or incorrect camber for the vehicle weight that causes one or more of your vehicles tires to not track straight.
And when the wheels don't track straight the tires will squeal or screech when driving.
