Water pollution contaminates the water that could be used for drinking water and kills off living organisms that thrive in the water that should be clean.

Those living organisms such as fish, crabs, dolphins and many other living organisms that depend on the water to live often die because of polluted water.

It's important not to dump chemicals down the drain or into any storm drains as it could lead out to a body of water which can then pollute the water source.

We all need clean water to survive so it's very important to keep our water unpolluted and clean for both the animals living in the water and for us humans that also rely on water.
