What can I do to lower my blood pressure without taking medications or going to the doctor?

Some ways to lower your blood pressure are to eat healthy, avoid stress, avoid getting angry, eating a healthy diet and walking daily.

It's recommended to walk for at least 15 to 20 minutes each day to keep your blood pressure at a healthy level and to keep your heart healthy and strong.

Of course walking longer can help improve your heart health and overall health even more and also lower your blood pressure.

I use Apple Cider Vinegar to also lower my blood pressure.

I take two teaspoons of Apple Cider Vinegar per day and the Apple Cider Vinegar lowers my blood pressure overnight.

Other things you can do to lower your blood pressure are to eat foods such as leafy greens, berries, Oatmeal, Red Beets, Yogurt, Bananas, Salmon, mackerel, and fish with omega-3.

Eating those foods and doing the above things mentioned can help to lower your blood pressure.
