The only way you could get struck by lightning in your house is if your roof had a hole in it where the lightning could strike you directly through the roof and ceiling if the ceiling had a hole in it as well.
Another way you could potentially get struck by lightning in your house is if a window got broken and then you were standing near the window and lightning struck you through the window or you could get struck by lightning taking a shower or through a skylight.
Other than that you can't get struck by lightning in your house and you're usually very safe in your house during a lightning storm.
