Sounds like your 6 year old son wants to wear his diapers which is okay.

I would just let him wear the diapers and decide if he doesn't want to wear them or not anymore and as long as he is kept clean then he should be allowed to wear the diapers as it's not hurting him or anyone else.

It may be a phase that he is going through or he may be just liking the feeling of wearing diapers and there are many other kids and other people out there that love wearing diapers which is okay.

If your 6 year old son wants to wear diapers you should let him as it's not harming him or anyone else.

My 5 year old son who will be 6 in March of 2024 is not potty trained and still wears diapers all the time which is okay.
