To get a urine sample from a baby you can place a thick layer of gauze or cotton wool inside the babies diaper which will soak up some urine when the baby pees.

Then take a syringe which a doctor should give you and draw out the urine from the gauze or cotton wool you placed inside the babies diaper.

You can also get a babies urine sample by using a baby pee collector as well.
