The age that you should stop wearing diapers at night is often between the ages of 4 to 7 years old.
However some kids will continue to wet the bed at night and need to wear diapers at night for longer and there's really no set age that a child should actually stop wearing diapers at night.
A child should continue to wear diapers at night until they no longer wet the bed.
Some kids may need to wear diapers only until ages 3 to 4 at night and some kids may need to continue to wear diapers at night until 8 to 10 years old.
And some kids continue to wet the bed until their teens and may need diapers or pull ups until they fully stop wetting the bed.
Myself for example I wore diapers until I was 17 at night because I wet the bed from being from the time I was potty trained at age 3, up until age 17.
I wore actual diapers all those times because the pull ups didn't work for me and so it was actual diapers.
I wore Pampers diapers that taped on until I was around 10 years old and then switched to Youth sized diapers after that.
My own son who is 7 wears Dollar General Gentle Steps size 7 diapers which work very well for him.
Pull ups leak on him so he wears the actual diapers at night and on long car rides when he may fall asleep and they hold up really well.
Diapers are made for all ages and if your child needs diapers no matter what age they should wear them.
