The most absorbent incontinence product are adult diapers.
Adult diapers that tape on and not the pull up adult diaper pants are the most absorbent.
Pull up diapers are not very absorbent and tend to sag and only hold a small wetting and are not meant for heavy wetting or bowel movements.
If you're urinary or bowel incontinent and you pee a huge amount and don't just dribble or leak small amounts of urine then you should wear tape on adult diapers that are thick and very absorbent.
If you only leak a little pee and are not bowel incontinent then incontinent pads or even the pull up adult diapers can work but they can also leak and be uncomfortable.
I would recommend Nortshore Megamax adult tape on plastic diapers as it's what I wear when going on a plane or long road trip or when I will not be close to a toilet.
The pull ups I tried before and they leaked and felt uncomfortable.

Thinner adult diapers and pull ups can be more discrete but they can also leak and not hold as much which can lead to pee soaked pants or even poopy pants.
