Contractions can feel different from woman to woman and the contractions feel may not feel the same way as another woman's contractions.

But for the most part contractions will cause a dull aching feeling or discomfort in your back and your lower abdomen and you may even feel pressure on your Pelvis.

The feeling of a contraction can change from pregnancy to pregnancy too.

During contractions your uterus becomes relaxed and then your abdomen becomes soft and your uterus muscles become tight and you may also experience a squeezing feeling in your lower abdomen.

Contraction pains can either be painful or extremely painful.
