Murphy Oil Soap is used for cleaning  hardwood, laminate, tile and linoleum floors, chairs, tables, decks and other wood surfaces.

However Murphy's Oil Soap should not be used on unsealed, waxed or unfinished wood surfaces as they can be water sensitive.

Murphy Original oil soap is often used to clean wood to a natural shine which has been used for years.

The Murphy Oil soap is great for cleaning wooden floors and furniture, cabinets, tile and linoleum.

It is OK to use Murphy's Oil Soap on hardwood floors.

Murphy's oil soap is good for hardwood floors and is safe and effective at cleaning hardwood floors.

Just make sure you dilute the Murphy's oil soap before using it on the hardwood floor as it can leave a residue if not diluted.

When diluted properly, Murphy Oil Soap Original Formula does not leave a residue.

Despite the fact that it is called "oil soap," there is no "free oil" left behind.
