When will scrap metal prices go up and how can I know when it does?

A few years ago I started collecting scrap metal to help bring in some extra income.

I was doing pretty good bringing in $400.00 extra every month but now I can't even make $150.00 a month sometimes.

Why has scrap metal prices declined so much and when do you think it will go back up?

It's hard to say. Scrap metal prices go up and down overtime like a Roller Coaster.

I remember one time scrap metal prices staying down for as long as 8 years before going back up.

I do scrap metal on the side too and it sucks selling metal at these prices.

I'm hoarding scrap copper, Scrap Aluminum, Scrap Tin and Iron until better prices.

Aluminum cans I'm still selling and unclean aluminum that isn't worth breaking down.

When prices do go back up I'll have a good payday from all the Tin I have saved up as well as the Aluminum and copper.
