The current Tallest Observation tower that has been built and still resides today is the Stratosphere Tower that is located in Las Vegas Nevada and the Stratosphere Tower stands 1,149 feet tall and was built in the year 1996 which was 22 years ago as of now.
There's other pretty tall observation towers but the Stratosphere Tower is the Tallest Observation tower as of now in the United States.
