I'm an adult male with a 32 inch waist and weigh 120 lbs and I can easily fit into Pampers Cruisers size 7.
I also hear that Pampers is coming out with a Pampers size 8 diaper so I'm sure with the stretch tabs that if I can fit into a size 7 Pampers pretty comfortable then Pampers size 8 should fit me even better.
I can't wait to try out Pampers size 8 diapers.
As you can tell by my username I love pampers diapers.
There's other diapers such as Huggies size 6 or Darlings baby diapers that you may fit into as well if you can get them.
