Immersing yourself into a book can help to keep your brain healthy, help you gain knowledge, helps in focusing and helps with your concentration.

Reading books can also help relax your brain and fill your brain with little bits of information.

Immersing yourself in books is like watering your brain like you would a garden and keeps your brain sharp.

Studies have also shown that if you read a book often enough you can potentially keep your brain sharp enough to ward off dementia.

What genre of books do you like? I am reading classics at the moment, I am choosing books from this list. I would note that here is a pretty good selection of books https://bookslist.best/, not only of this genre, but also of more modern ones, I think that some guys will be able to find the book they need with this site

I love reading books and I have a good enough imagination to represent what I'm reading about. But some books aren't interesting to me and it's very difficult for me to read them. These are some books from the list of references in my literary class. I don't want to get low grades, so I try to read at least a short summary of these books, for example, here https://summarystory.com/ are almost all the books that I was looking for. Usually this is enough to know the plot of the book and be able to write an essay on this story.
