Baby food that is hotter than 90 F is too hot for baby food.
Babies should be served warm food but not food that is too hot as it can burn the baby's mouth.
You can test the temperature of the baby food with a thermometer or the inside of your wrist before feeding your baby to ensure it's not too hot.

After cooking any baby food you should allow it to cool down before feeding your baby.
If heating baby foods in a microwave it should not be heated longer than about 15 seconds.
And avoid microwaving any baby food meats, eggs or other high fat baby foods.
Baby food in a jar can be fed without heating or warming it up.
