There could be a bug in your ear or it could just be a tingling or tickling sensation caused by something else.

In some cases the ear hair may cause you to feel like you have a bug in your ear when it's just the ear hair or other debris.

Although a bug in your ear can also cause a tingling and tickling sensation or even rushing noises, feeling of something in your ear and partial hearing loss if the bug is big.

If you suspect there's a bug in your ear you can have someone look into your ear and use a pair of tweezers to gently remove the bug out of your ear.

Sometimes even running water over the ear can flush out a bug or other debris in the ear.

A doctor can also examine your ear with an otoscope and determine the best way to remove the bug or other debris in your ear and they may use a oil or water to flush the bug out of your ear or use forceps to remove the bug.

Other signs of a bug in your ear are feeling of a crawling sensation in your ear, hearing a buzzing or humming sound in your ear, feeling of fullness or pain, tinnitus and muffled hearing.

In most cases a bug will eventually leave your ear but it's good to remove it yourself or have a doctor or someone remove the bug.
