Tracfone airtime card says it's already been used

I have a tracfone and today I bought a new airtime card for it.

I went to add the air time and it said the card had already been used?

Anyone else have this problem?

I've had this problem before too and I gave tracfone customer service a call and they fixed it for me.

It's something on there end that they have to fix. Nothing you or anyone else can fix unless you give them a call.

It happens to a lot of people.
