It is not Theoretically possible to Run on water without any significant modifications or technology.

Walking on water requires immense force to displace the water and support the weight of a human which is way beyond the capabilities of human legs.

Although with reduced gravity and larger feet or with the use of specialized equipment it could be somewhat theoretically possible to walk on water.

To be able to walk on water you would have to walk or run at a speed of more than 67 miles per hour to be able to walk or run on water.

To be able to run or walk on water the human legs would have to actually press down against the water at more than 67 miles per hour and is 15 times more than the force that human legs are capable of producing.

So it's not actually possible for humans to walk or run on water.

You could walk on water if you were actually able to run fast enough.

However to walk on water wearing ordinary shoes, you would have to run as fast as a cheetah could to allow you to stay afloat on the water.

Many inventors have actually succeeded in walking on water by using various designs of extra large footwear.

However with normal footwear and normal shoes it's impossible to actually walk on water.
