What is the Best diet to lose weight fast and keep it off?

To lose weight you need to watch the calories you eat. You should also burn off calories by exercising often too.

To keep weight off myself I watch my calorie intake and also jog 3 miles a day. Whenever I can't get outside I'll ride my exercise bike for 15 minutes at a time every few hours.

Doing this has helped keep my weight down and It's also good for your heart health as well.
