Angel Soft and Cottonelle Ultra Comfort toilet paper have great strength and durability which prevents the toilet paper from coming apart and leaving behind pieces or lint.
The toilet paper that breaks down the best is one ply toilet paper and even Angel Soft toilet paper.
One ply toilet paper breaks down in water the best and the fastest and 2 ply toilet paper and 3 ply toilet paper take longer to break down than one ply toilet paper which can lead to clogs in older plumbing systems or poor plumbing systems.
Scott 1000 is a good brand of toilet paper that is known for dissolving in water rapidly.
And Charmin Ultra Soft is softer but takes longer to disintegrate.
Angel Soft is a good brand of toilet tissue and it's very soft and is what I prefer to use.
For some people Charmin Ultra Soft is softer and better but can can depend on your preference.
And some people find that Angel Soft is not as soft as they prefer it to be and prefer other brands of toilet paper so it can be a personal preference.

While I mostly prefer to use Angel Soft toilet paper I will use the cheaper store brand at Dollar general which is $1.00 for 4 rolls when I'm short on money or when they've run out of the other toilet paper.
