Sleep is very important to our health and when we don't get the required amount of sleep our bodies need our bodies won't recharge properly or repair itself overnight.
Lack of sleep can increase your risk for developing, heart disease, kidney disease, diabetes, high blood pressure and lack of sleep can actually eventually kill you or shorten your life dramatically.
Sleep also helps control two hormone levels that are Ghrelin and Leptin and those hormones controls the feelings of fullness and hunger in your stomach.
So when you lack sleep you may feel more hungry than you normally would when you get enough sleep.
