To squeeze pus out of your toe you could heat up a sewing needle and then poke the heated needle into the area of the toe where the pus is and that can help the pus drain out.
However doing so can lead to infection and cause bacteria to spread especially if not done correctly.
You can also soak the toe in some Epsom salt and warm water which can help draw out the pus.
After draining the pus from the toe you should use a sterile gauze or cotton ball to wipe away the pus.
When squeezing the pus out of your toe, you should be careful to not push too hard or squeeze too hard as it can cause further damage and pain.
If the pus in the toe does not come out easily, don't continue to squeeze or press and instead see a doctor about it to get it drained.
If you have a bruised toenail or bruised toe soaking your feet and toes in some warm water and Epsom salt can help promote circulation and healing of the bruised toenail and reduce inflammation and can draw out any fluid and pus.
Soaking your bruised toenails in Epsom salt can help relieve inflammation and pain from bruised toenails by softening the toenail and drawing out fluid.
Soaking your bruised toenails in Epsom salt and warm water can also help promote circulation of blood and speed up the healing of the bruised toenails.
It may take a few days or so for the bruised toenails to fully heal and you should soak your bruised toenails in the Epsom salt and warm water twice a day for 10 minutes to 15 minutes.
