Intestinal bleeding can be caused by stress and it's known as stressed induced Gastritis.
Stress induced Gastritis usually only happens to those under severe stress or who are critically ill.
So if you're critically ill or under severe stress then it's possible that could be the cause of your intestinal bleeding but if not your intestinal bleeding is most likely caused by hemorrhoids or anal fissures.
If you have rectal or intestinal bleeding that gets worse or lasts longer than one day then a doctors visit is needed to make sure it's nothing more serious.
If the intestinal or rectal bleeding goes away after 1 day then it's likely nothing to worry about.
