A gasoline internal combustion engine requires spark to start and run so you won't be able to start your car without at least most of the spark plugs in the vehicle.
You can however start a vehicle with one spark plug removed but it won't run correctly without all the spark plugs in the engine.
The spark plug ignites the fuel in the internal combustion engine which makes the engine start and run when the gasoline explodes inside the engine.
