Blood pressure is not high during a heart attack and in fact it's the reverse.
When you're having a heart attack your blood pressure drops because during a heart attack your blood flow to your heart is cut off or blocked from the heart completely.
Also during a heart attack the tissue is damaged and your heart pumps less blood so your blood pressure drops and can cause you to faint as well.
