There could be a chance that you could become pregnant 5 days after having your period if you're extremely lucky otherwise you likely won't get pregnant 5 days after your period.
You do have a higher chance of getting pregnant the day of or the day after your period though since you're more fertile then and there's time for an egg to mature.
If you wait 5 days after your period to try and become pregnant then the egg won't have time to mature enough.
You have a much higher chance of becoming pregnant when you're most fertile which happens between 12 to 14 days before your next period starts and it's the time of Ovulation.
