Reasons for getting sores in your nose are bacterial infections, lupus, acne or other irritation of the nose.

A common bacterial infection that causes sores in the nose is nasal vestibulitis which is a bacterial infection inside the nostrils that causes pimples sores and crusting around the opening of the nose.
