You can have caffeine with Wellbutrin but it's possible for caffeine to interact with wellbutrin so you should limit your intake of caffeine as too much caffeine when taking wellbutrin can increase your risk of seizures.

Wellbutrin does have brain fog as wellbutrin can cause brain fog in some people who take it.

In other people wellbutrin may even help brain fog as it can depend on the person taking the wellbutrin.

Wellbutrin does give you energy as increased energy is a sign that wellbutrin is working.

Other signs that wellbutrin are working are improved mood, reduced feelings of hopelessness, sadness and an enhanced interest in daily activities.

On the first day wellbutrin may make you feel jittery or give you lots of energy or it may make you feel like you're bouncing off the walls some.

Some people taking wellbutrin feel anxious or irritable and they may have an increased heartbeat or dry mouth.

Doctors do not like to prescribe Wellbutrin because it can cause you to have changes in behavior such as agitation, depressed moods, suicidal thoughts and hostility.

If you do experience the above listed side effects of taking Wellbutrin then you should speak with your doctor and if you had seizures or other allergic reactions then that would be more severe and a doctors visit or urgent care or emergency room visit would be recommended.

Most people take Wellbutrin as prescribed by their doctor without any problems however some people do rarely experience some problems and side effects when taking certain medications including Wellbutrin.
