When taking bupropion for ADHD it takes around 2 to 4 weeks for the bupropion to work for ADHD.

Bupropion is an antidepressant that has stimulant properties which inhibits the reuptake of dopamine and norepinepherine and is also purported to enhance the neurotransmission of DA.
