How many hours is it good to sleep?

Adults need a minimum of 8 hours of sleep per night to feel fully rested and to keep in good health.

You can however get by on 5 or 6 hours of sleep but getting 8 hours of sleep per night if possible is much better.

Younger people need around 10 to 11 hours of sleep per night to be fully rested, alert and healthy.
