Not getting enough sleep at night can overtime hurt your bodies ability to regulate your natural stress hormones which can lead to high blood pressure eventually.

Usually just lack of sleep for one or two nights won't cause you blood pressure to spike but if you continue to not get enough sleep at night then your blood pressure can eventually go up.

Sleep is very important to our health and well being so be sure to try and get enough sleep.
