Is it better to change diaper before or after feeding?

When changing a babies diaper should you change the babies diaper before a feeding or should you wait until after feeding the baby to change the babies diaper?

The best time to change your babies diaper to keep them dry, clean and comfortable is before you feed the baby.

If the babies diaper is dirty or wet then change the diaper and then feed the baby after changing the diaper.
