Yes, I often talk on my cell phone while driving. Although I know very well that this is considered a violation in Ontario. You can read about it here https://www.trafficparalegalservices.com/distracted-driving/. Even if you just hold a mobile device in your hand, it will be an offense. Because it is considered distracted driving, which puts you and other road users at risk. In general, I advise everyone to thoroughly study the rights and responsibilities of drivers. Everyone needs to know this.

I don't use a mobile phone at all while driving.

Using a mobile phone while driving is too distracting even if I used hands free devices.

If someone calls me then I will call them back when I get parked somewhere.
